Val d'Isère is an authentic high-altitude village that has been internationally renowned for its ski area and its champions for over 80 years. Nestling at an altitude of 1,850m and surrounded by high peaks, the resort guarantees snow from late November to early May on an area shared with Tignes of 300km of slopes. In summer, it opens the doors of the Col de l'Iseran, the highest road pass in the Alps, to travellers, as well as those of the Vanoise National Park to hikers. Exceptional places, grand hotels or family homes, Val d'Isère is developing a certain art of mountain living that is unique and appreciated by all.
