Set up in the heart of the farm with Martine your guide, and André, Valentin, Robin, the farmers, to relive or discover the evolution of mountain farming through an archive film : La route des Prés, Colette Vibert-Guigue. You will know eveything about actual methods in the Beaufortain area.
Finish with a hot drink and a tasting of beaufort cheese !
