A certified guide from the Pays d'Art et d'Histoire will introduce you to the history of Notre Dame de Bellecombe and the Val d'Arly during a tour of the village lasting up to 45 minutes. Then Rachel, a caterer in La Giettaz operating under the name ‘Les Recettes de Rachel’, will give a cooking demonstration of her sweet polenta with blueberry coulis, before inviting you to sample this delicacy in a friendly atmosphere.
