St-Laurent-de-La-Côte: clinging to the mountainside, this sunny village offers a breathtaking view over the Belleville valley. With its narrow streets and traditional houses, Saint-Laurent-de-la-Côte has an authentic feel. Its Baroque church, dedicated to Saint Laurent, stands proudly in the heart of the village. Sober on the outside but richly decorated on the inside, it bears witness to the faith and skills of the inhabitants of days gone by.
Every year, part of the village's religious heritage is showcased during the European Heritage Days.
This year, push open the door of the church of Saint Laurent de la Côte and enjoy a guided tour by the FACIM foundation, then let yourself be carried away by the melodies of Hildegard von Bingen sung by Caroline Jacquet, punctuated by moments of silence.
