SATURDAY 20 SEPTEMBER
9.30am: Guided tour of the Palais de la Mine in Pont Baudin
Explore the mining archaeology site with a heritage guide from Pays Savoie Mont-Blanc. Discover the
remains of the lead and silver mines that were operated from the 17th to the 19th century (tunnel, foundry, washing plant) and the Palais de la Mine, which housed the French School of Mines from 1802 to 1814.
Meet at the Palais de la Mine

Limited number: 35 people maximum.
Duration: 2½ hours.
Departure from the second car park at Pont Baudin (after the equestrian centre).
Please note: Wear non-slip shoes, warm clothing, and bring a torch and umbrella in case of bad weather. Masks are recommended in the gallery.
SUNDAY 21 SEPTEMBER
3pm: Guided tour ‘Stroll through the village of Landry’
Young and old alike, come and learn about the history of the village of Landry and the lives of its inhabitants, then immerse yourself in the baroque world of Saint-Michel Church. Tour led by a guide from the Pays d'art et d'histoire des hautes vallées de Savoie - Fondation FACIM (Land of Art and History of the Upper Valleys of Savoie - FACIM Foundation).
Meet at the village square, in the car park in front of the Alpin Hotel.
Duration: 1.5 hours - On foot.

Free admission to all chapels in Peisey-Vallandry (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.),
and the Sanctuary of Notre-Dame des Vernettes (between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.),
Free visit to the Church of the Holy Trinity in Peisey-Nancroix (between 3pm and 6pm): A Baroque church decorated with a sumptuous gilded wooden altarpiece, an organ and seven side altars with paintings.
Free visit to the Mine Palace.
Visit to the Fruitière museum from 3pm to 6pm.
