To get to Les Bauches by car: head toward Les Coches, drive past the Vanoise Express, then continue toward the Chalet du Friolin.
From there, park your car in the lot on your right after the Chalet du Friolin, then continue on foot. Cross the stone bridge toward Pramain, which is on your left, and be sure to keep the river on your right after the bridge as you head to the bottom of the valley. (This takes about 20 minutes on foot.)
