At a time when the landscapes and wildlife are waking up, hike with a mountain leader to the Ritord mountain pasture to meet the shepherds and cheese-makers. They'll share their passion for making serac with you, and you can enjoy a breakfast of Beaufort "chalet d'alpage" and other cheesy delights.
